JEREZ: VENERDI’ POSITIVO PER CORSI E LA SUA SQUADRA

È iniziato oggi l’ultimo round del FIM WorldSBK Championship al Circuito di Jerez. Il team romano dopo gli ottimi risultati ottenuti ad Estoril la settimana scorsa, punta a concludere al meglio la stagione.

Questa mattina, alle 11:35 si è svolta l’unica sessione di prove libere del FIM WorldSSP in cui Corsi è sceso in pista con l’obbiettivo di adattare la sua Ducati V2 al tracciato andaluso. Simone ha chiuso il turno in ventitreesima posizione con il crono di 1’44.250.

Alle 16:00 si è svolta la Superpole, che definisce l’ordine di partenza della gara di domani, durante la quale Corsi è riuscito a migliorare il suo best lap di quasi un secondo. Scatterà così dalla sesta fila, con l’obbiettivo di compiere una gara in rimonta.

Domani, il Team Renzi Corse sarà impegnato con il warm-up alle 10:25 e con Gara 1 alle 15:15. Team e pilota sono pronti a dare il massimo!

JEREZ: A POSITIVE FRIDAY FOR CORSI AND HIS TEAM


The final FIM WorldSBK Championship round is now underway at the Circuito di Jerez in Spain. Having scored strong results at Estoril last week, Team Renzi Corse aims to round out the season on a high note.

At 11.35am riders headed out on track for the only FIM WorldSSP free practice. Corsi immediately turned his attention to adapting his Ducati V2 to the Andalusian track. Simone concluded the session twenty-third with a time of 1’44.250.

The Superpole session, which establishes grid positions for Saturday’s race, got underway at 4pm. Corsi was able to improve on his earlier time by almost a second and will therefore line up on the sixth row of the grid, as he sets out to make a good recovery.

Team Renzi Corse will be back on track for warm-up at 10.25am and for Race 1 at 3.15pm. Both team and rider are ready to give it their all.
